1. What We Sell

YatuHoliday LLC ("YatuHoliday," "we," "us") sells floating-week inventory units in the Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (LHVC) network. When you purchase a week from us, you are buying the right to have that week transferred into your name (or your client's name) as an LHVC member. You are not purchasing a vacation package, hotel stay, or travel service directly from us.

5. Membership & Exchange Fees

YatuHoliday is not responsible for Interval International's annual membership dues, exchange fees, or resort fees. These are paid directly by the member to II or the resort at time of booking. Current II fees are published at intervalworld.com and are subject to change without notice.

6. No Guarantee of Availability

We guarantee the week transfer but cannot guarantee resort availability within the II network. Availability depends on season and demand, II's current inventory, and the member's deposit timing and preferences.

7. Compliance with II Rules

The buyer acknowledges that II's Buyers Guide restricts membership to personal, non-commercial use, the member may not resell exchange confirmations (Host Accommodations), Guest Certificates may only be used for personal/family use, and violations of II rules may result in membership termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

YatuHoliday's liability is limited to the week purchase price. We are not liable for II exchange availability or fees, resort quality or service issues, travel disruptions, or changes to LHVC or II resort networks.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Disputes will be resolved in Missoula County, Montana.
